Does the watch need to replace the battery?
MS1001 is a watch that uses magnetic charging, so there is no need to replace the battery.
How long does the guarantee on MS1001?
We offer a two-year warranty service that starts on the day you receive it.
Please know the damages resulting from improper use or handling, such as scratches on the surface, color fading, strap damage, or glass breakage, are not covered by the warranty.

Is it necessary to replace the battery frequently?
The battery can be charged and discharged more than 300 times for normal use. Not easily damaged and doesn't require frequent replacement.
How long does it take to recharge the watch?
The battery takes 2 hours to fully charge.
How long can it remain in sleep mode before there is a need to recharge the battery?
Battery lasts over 180 days in sleep mode. It is recommended to cycle the charge and discharge at least once every six months.
How long does the battery last if you worn every day?
The battery can last for approximately one month.
